As a frequent traveler, I found the ID copying requirement intrusive!!! The front desk attitude left much to be desired. A warmer welcome could improve the guest experience dramatically!!!

Beautiful room, exceptional service, as Derek during check-in made us feel special and also enjoyed the delicious food at the casino, along with the convenience of free parking.

Families looking for a decent stay
The place was fresh and clean! The two restaurants on-site offered some decent meals, though they weren't cheap. We had a King Room that was spacious enough for all of us, and the security of the place gave me peace of mind while the kids roamed. There's something about waking up to a clean and comfortable room that just helps you reset you know?
On the pricey side, but still manageable.

We had a delightful stay with our grandchild. The hotel was new and spotlessly clean, which made our family time enjoyable. We especially loved the two restaurants on property that offered great choices for our meals.
In my wife’s opinion, the parking situation could be improved. It was frustrating to find a spot far from the entrance due to the public casino traffic.

We loved the gaming options and easy access to the airport. Morning trips to the local horse racing tracks were epic too! The atmosphere was fun, and the staff made sure we had everything we needed.
Only downside was the noise from the games at night. it got a bit loud for our taste, making it tough to get a good night's sleep.

The King Room was super comfy and clean. It had nice Bluetooth connectivity and really pleasant bathroom scents. I felt like I was in a fresh space. Just a bit loud at night from the gaming area, which was hard to ignore at times. But overall, the vibe in the room was great.
